Auckland Bioengineering Institute
Research Forum
The ABI Research Forum has become an annual event that showcases the research being conducted across the entire Institute, and aims to inspire further inter-institute collaboration and collegiality. An important part of the forum is the poster exhibition.
The 2015 forum theme was "Medical Technology: From Basic Science to Commercialisation". The keynote speakers were Associate Professor Nigel Anderson (Centre of Bioengineering, University of Otago) and Professor John Windsor (Department of Surgery, University of Auckland), and one of the sessions focused around the Medical Technologies Centre of Research Excellence (MedTech CoRE).
