The Auckland Bioengineering Institute together with the World Engineering Anthropometry Resource (WEAR) group will be hosting an anthropometry conference and post-conference workshop in Auckland in February 2010.
The theme of this conference and workshop is anthropometric fit. This theme is carried across all application areas from fit of apparel and workstations, through to fit of sports equipment. We are also interested in data analysis techniques related to fit such as fit mapping and shape analysis.
The post-conference workshop will be hosted by members of the WEAR group and will work through a practical application of using anthropometric data to design for fit.
