Profile
Karthik received a B.E.(Hons) in Information Engineering from Massey University, and an M.E. in Software Engineering, focusing on vision systems for distributed intelligent robot groups.
After working as a consultant for a software development company, he began a PhD in 2011 in the Lungs and Respiratory Systems group. His research involves modelling lung soft tissue mechanics during normal and pressure-supported breathing.
