Profile

Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering in 2007. He then started his doctoral studies in 2007 at the Auckland Bioengineering Institute.

The aim of his project is to develop a human interface device for the control of Dielectric Elastomer Actuators. In particular, his aim is to determine the optimal sites for data recording, in order to reduce the computation required when controlling a prosthetic grasping device.
